Waivers

We are required to have an original signed waiver for every racer.  Please download the waiver, sign it, and bring it to packet pick-up on Friday, May 7, 2010.  If you are unable to make it to packet pick-up you may send your signed waiver with a teammate or friend, and they can pick up your packet for you.  You can also mail your waiver to: Montezuma County Partners, 1011 N. Mildred Road, Suite A, Cortez, CO 81321 (We are not responsible for waivers lost in the mail - it is you responsibility to confirm we received it.)

Registration for 2010 is Closed. 

ALL CATEGORIES are FULL.  In an effort to maintain the quality of this event, maximums have been set for all categories. 

Fees: (All fees are PER RACER - every teammate must register individually.  Racers will be grouped with their teammates via the team name and captain entered when registering.)
     
     Early-bird Fee: $65/Racer via Active     
     Deadline: March 7, 2010 (Midnight)

     Regular Fee: $80/Racer via Active

Racing on a Team?  Please make sure each team member registers.  Registration is set up for each racer to register on their own. Once registered, racers will be grouped with their teammates based on team name and captain.

Please CONTACT US if your teammate(s) were unable to register - we will get them in.

Transfers: We will transfer your registration to another racer for no additional charge.  We do have a waitlist if you want assistance finding a replacement. Any fees you wish to recoup are between you and your replacement.  All transfers must be for the current year - there are no transfers to future years (see below).

Cancellations: Due to the enormous amount of working and planning that goes into the preparation for this event there are no refunds.  If you don’t race and are unable to transfer your registration you can take your fee as a tax deductible donation to Montezuma County Partners.  Please Contact Us if you need a receipt.

Changes: We will make changes to your registration for no additional charge.  Please keep change requests to necessities, we are a volunteer race committee, and are giving up biking time to do this. :)
