Hello Racers!
 
PACKET PICK-UP:  Friday, May 7, 2010 Only – Noon to 9 PM at Kokopelli Bike and Board.

You will be picking up your goody bag, very cool t-shirt, and signing your waiver if you have not already sent it in. Once your waiver is signed you will get your race number. If you are unable to make it to packet pick-up you can send your waiver with a friend or teammate (but not your mom), and they can pick-up your goody bag, t-shirt and number for you. We are not responsible for missing stuff confiscated by your “friend” that does you this favor. :)
*Duo and 3-4 Person Teams:  We need to log-in your first racer when you pick up your packet and baton. Please determine who the lucky person a.k.a. first racer/runner will be before picking up your goods.
 
CAMPING: Is available at the Fairgrounds for Friday and Saturday night – venue opens Friday at 1:00 PM. Campfires are only allowed in fire pans or any “Leave No Trace” device. Services are limited to drinking water (available at the race building a.k.a. Beef Barn), porta-johns, trash, and recycling. 
 
RACERS' MEETING: Saturday, 6:30 AM - SHARP! All team captains are required to be there, and we suggest that all team members and support crew also attend.
 
LAST LAP: Cut-off for the last lap is 6:30 PM. If your rider comes in at 6:30 PM or later your team has finished the race. Prior to 6:30 PM you can continue racing or you can stop anytime – there is no DNF.
 
FREE MEAL: Lotsa Pasta will be providing a free meal to all racers at the race venue. Your coupon will be in your goody bag, and Lotsa Pasta will start serving food at 1:00 PM. Big Thanks to Lotsa Pasta!!!
 
REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  Sunday, May 2, 2010 at midnight. Please make sure your teammates have registered. If you are on a Duo Team, but your teammate has not signed up please have them call me ASAP.

KIDS ACTIVITIES:  Please check the website in April for the schedule of kids’ activities (bike race, crafts, face painting & more).
